To support our continued growth, Surgmed Group is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with marketing and graphic design experience to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to contribute to existing marketing initiatives, while assisting with the development of new strategies and tactics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of marketing skills, including graphic design, communications, and digital marketing. The Marketing Coordinator must be detail oriented and an organized multitasker able to handle multiple projects and priorities with a strong sense of ownership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Content & SEO Strategy: Develop content to enhance SEO and drive website traffic, focusing on targeted keywords. Utilize some digital platforms to engage with industry professionals and support B2B efforts.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns using HubSpot, optimizing for engagement with A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with email regulations.
  • Graphic Design & Branding: Create visually engaging assets (logos, packaging, ads) ensuring brand consistency and alignment with ISO standards. Produce dynamic content for B2B and online campaigns.
  • Visual Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing materials, ensuring content is accessible and supports diverse audiences. Create reusable templates for campaigns.
  • Website & Digital Advertising: Manage WordPress website, optimize for SEO, and execute Google Ads and digital campaigns. Analyze user behavior to improve the user experience and refine digital strategies.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with sales, operations and other departments to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives, support product launches, and develop customer-facing content.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to optimize B2B campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Global Content Adaptation: Localize content for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and language accuracy. Collaborate with teams to target specific regions and expand brand reach.
  • Event Marketing: Design graphics for tradeshows and events, coordinate event logistics, and leverage post-event content for continued engagement. Support lead generation and on-site activities.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Strong focus on accuracy in content, campaigns, and product compliance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Business Administration (or in progress)
  • 2-3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, medical, or related fields, with proven success in marketing technical products
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, and Premiere Pro for custom assets, product packaging, and content creation. Strong writing skills (English & French), with experience in blogs, manuals, and promotional content for technical products
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and email marketing
  • Strong organizational, time management, and research abilities (market research, SWOT analysis, campaign tracking). Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Care, Quality, Production)
