Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our busy warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate handling, shipping, and receiving of materials and products, while also maintaining warehouse inventory and supporting the customer care department.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Receive incoming materials, products, or supplies and inspect for quality.
  • Ship outgoing materials and ensure all shipping documentation is completed (manifests, etc.).
  • Maintain warehouse records and inventory accuracy using the NAV system.
  • Prepare and order warehouse supplies as needed.
  • Obtain and compare transport carrier quotes, and track packages upon request.
  • Assemble products and support the ISL shipping and receiving team.
  • Collaborate with the customer care department to meet customer needs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a shipping/receiving department.
  • Proficiency with UPS, FedEx, and other shipping software.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time-management skills.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lachine, QC H8T 2P1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
