What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to generate business from new and existing clients within the assigned territory, with extensive daily travel.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for each product category.
  • Monitor competitive activity and report findings.
  • Represent the company effectively at trade shows and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide valuable feedback on product opportunities and issues.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and relay customer insights.
  • Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a field sales representative in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Quebec territory; candidates must currently reside in Montreal or nearby areas.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent bilingualism (French and English).
  • Medical sales experience is preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and persistent.
  • Excellent closing skills and the ability to identify new opportunities.
