We are seeking an energetic Territory Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in the Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba region. This individual must be motivated to connect with potential clients and cultivate existing relationships. What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and follow up leads to acquire business from new and existing accounts in the assigned territory with extensive daily travel
  • Meet quarterly and annual targets for each product group
  • Account and territory development
  • Monitor competitive activity and report findings
  • Represent the company effectively at trade shows and industry events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide valuable feedback on product-related opportunities and issues
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care and Marketing Departments to ensure seamless operations

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience in Business-to-Business field sales
  • Excellent territory knowledge; candidates must currently reside in the territory (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba), ideally in Edmonton, Alberta
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Well-organized with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Strong initiative, drive, and persistence
  • Superior closing skills and ability to seek out new opportunities
  • Medical sales experience preferred
